Victory Point is the reimagined waterfront restaurant and bar on the Marina Bay boardwalk formerly known as Captain Fishbones. Owners and Boston restaurateurs Donato Frattaroli, Sr. and Donato Frattaroli, Jr. took ownership of the property in 2017 with attention to create a refreshed look, menu and lively atmosphere that caters to a wide demographic of residents, locals and tourists of all ages.

Rotary is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, business and civic leaders who act as problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change throughout the world and within their communities.

For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects from polio eradication, peace fellowship, literacy, clean water, sanitation, and hygiene and health.

The Rotary Club of Quincy awards over $30,000 in college scholarships every year and contributes financially and with volunteers to many other charitable works throughout the City of Quincy. Most recently, the Quincy Rotary provided the opportunity for 50 homeless high school seniors to attend their prom and internationally has partnered with the Father Christmas School (formerly St Nicholas) in Tanzania to enhance their educational commitment to the people from that impoverished part of Africa. The Rotary Club of Quincy has also committed to funding a project in Thailand to prevent sex trafficking through the Friends of Thai Daughters.
